Als projectleider HVAC ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze service- en modificatieprojecten. Met een scope tussen de €100.000 en €500.000 zijn de projecten uitdagend in omvang én techniek. Met jouw kennis van HVAC en natuurlijk overzicht breng je structuur in dynamische omgevingen. Je bent het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor klanten en de motivator van jouw interne projectteam en de monteurs op locatie. Werken bij de grootste technische dienstverlener van Nederland, met de warmte van een familiebedrijf, maakt jouw baan extra bijzonder. Jouw uitdaging als Projectleider HVAC Als Projectleider HVAC bij Unica Rotterdam ben je organisatorisch, technisch en financieel verantwoordelijk voor werktuigbouwkundige projecten met een innovatief en duurzaam karakter. Denk aan verbouwingen, vervangingen of uitbreidingen van verwarmings-, luchtbehandelings-, koel-, water- en gasinstallaties. Geen kleinschalig werk, het zijn uitdagende projecten met een gemiddelde projectwaarde tussen €100.000 en €500.000. Je komt vooral over de vloer bij vaste klanten waar Unica het beheer en onderhoud al uitvoert. Bijvoorbeeld ziekenhuizen, militaire gebouwen, industrie, verzorgingstehuizen, monumentale gebouwen en vele andere. Allemaal unieke plekken waar jij hét vertrouwde aanspreekpunt wordt voor projecten van klanten in de regio. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Organiseren en leiden van diverse HVAC-projecten, van vervanging basiscomponent tot complexe systeemrenovaties. - Opnemen van werk, calculeren en offertes opstellen. - Aansturen van monteurs en werkvoorbereiders, maar ook het begeleiden en helpen met hun (persoonlijke) ontwikkeling. - Relatie opbouwen en on...
