Functieomschrijving

Als projectleider HVAC ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verloop van technische projecten.

Van voorbereiding tot oplevering: jij houdt alles op koers.

Je combineert technische kennis met organisatie en communicatie.

Je staat op de werf, maar ook in overleg met klanten en partners.

Wat je zoal doet:

  • Coördineren van HVAC-projecten van start tot oplevering
  • Aansturen van techniekers, monteurs en onderaannemers
  • Opvolgen van planning, budget en voortgang
  • Bewaken van veiligheid op de werf en organiseren van toolboxmeetings
  • Opstellen van vorderingsstaten en verrekeningen
  • Beheren van meerwerken en offertes
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners
  • Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen

Je zorgt dat projecten vooruitgaan. Zonder ruis, zonder chaos.

Je weet hoe je projecten én mensen aanstuurt.

  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring of sterke kennis van HVAC en sanitair
  • Ervaring in projectleiding of coördinatie
  • Sterk in planning en organisatie
  • Communicatief en oplossingsgericht
  • Flexibel naar werven en verplaatsingen
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en basis Frans/Engels
