The posting

Bij een organisatie binnen de industriële automatisering in Amsterdam leid je zelfstandig projecten van aanvraag en offerte tot technische en commerciële afronding. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar een uitvoerbare projectaanpak en bewaakt de samenhang tussen techniek, planning en budget. Daarbij combineer je inzicht in industriële besturingen met commercieel gevoel: je onderhoudt relaties, herkent marktkansen en zorgt dat afspraken helder zijn voor klant en projectteam. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met engineers over besturingsconcepten, PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-toepassingen en de voortgang van werkzaamheden. Je stelt prioriteiten, bespreekt technische keuzes en stuurt bij wanneer scope of planning verandert. Je stimuleert teamleden om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en houdt de communicatie met opdrachtgevers praktisch en duidelijk. Door betrokken te blijven bij offertes, uitvoering en oplevering verdiep je zowel je technische marktkennis als je vaardigheden in projectleiding. Functie-inhoud - Zelfstandig projecten aannemen, opstarten en leiden - De technische en commerciële uitvoering bewaken tot en met afronding - Offertes opstellen of laten uitwerken en uitbrengen - Planning, budget, scope en projectrisico’s bewaken - Het projectteam aansturen, stimuleren en ondersteunen bij technische afwegingen - Klantrelaties onderhouden en nieuwe marktkansen signaleren Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau - Meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare projectleidersfunctie - Kennis van de markt voor industriële automatisering en toegepaste besturingstechnieken - Inzicht in PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen en hun samenhang binnen projecten - Initiatief, commercieel inzicht en duidelijke communicatie met klanten en engineers - Een flexibele instelling wanneer de projectvoortgang extra inzet vraagt Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.200 en € 7.200 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in Amsterdam - Een detavastconstructie m.
