Bij een technisch projectbedrijf in Deurne geef je richting aan industriële automatiseringsprojecten, van offerte tot oplevering. Je bouwt een team op met een werkvoorbereider, engineers en monteurs en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de technische uitvoering, commerciële doelen en financiële resultaten. Je verbindt klantvragen aan uitvoerbare oplossingen en houdt daarbij grip op scope, planning en budget. Naast het leiden van projecten onderhoud je klantrelaties en onderzoek je kansen in de industriële markt. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je tussen klanten, engineering, werkvoorbereiding en montage. Je bespreekt technische keuzes rond besturingstechniek, bewaakt afspraken en stuurt bij wanneer de uitvoering daarom vraagt. Je coacht en beoordeelt je medewerkers en helpt hen zich verder te ontwikkelen. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid om je team vorm te geven en ruimte om je eigen technische en leidinggevende kennis te verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Zelfstandig projecten aannemen, organiseren en begeleiden tot en met oplevering - Technische uitvoering, planning, budget en commerciële resultaten bewaken - Offertes laten uitwerken, beoordelen en uitbrengen - Een team opbouwen en medewerkers coachen, ontwikkelen en beoordelen - Bestaande en nieuwe klanten adviseren en klachten zorgvuldig afhandelen - Marktkansen signaleren en vertalen naar nieuwe projecten - Engineering, werkvoorbereiding en montage afstemmen, ook bij projecten met andere teams Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau - Meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare projectleidersfunctie - Kennis van industriële automatisering, besturingstechniek en de bijbehorende markt - Commercieel inzicht en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor financiële projectresultaten - Een proactieve aanpak en het vermogen om bij wijzigingen praktisch te improviseren - Klantgerichte communicatie, stimulerend leiderschap en flexibiliteit wanneer projecten daarom vragen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.200 en € 7.200 (indicati.
