Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Weert leid je projecten voor machinebouw, maakindustrie en foodproductie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het traject van aanvraag tot oplevering en nazorg. Daarbij verbind je technische keuzes aan planning, budget, kwaliteit en machineveiligheid. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar uitvoerbare automatiseringsoplossingen en geeft technisch, organisatorisch en commercieel richting aan projecten rond industriële besturingen, netwerken en aandrijftechniek. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met klanten en leveranciers, stuur je multidisciplinaire projectteams aan en bespreek je technische vraagstukken met engineers. Je houdt afspraken scherp, maakt risico’s bespreekbaar en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat nodig is voor de volgende projectfase. Naast de uitvoering werk je aan standaardisatie, efficiëntere werkprocessen en teamontwikkeling. Je krijgt ruimte om je leiderschap en technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen en invloed uit te oefenen op de groei van de afdeling. Functie-inhoud - Leid automatiseringsprojecten van aanvraag en scopebepaling tot oplevering en nazorg - Bewaak planning, budget, technische kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid - Stuur multidisciplinaire projectteams aan en stem werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden af - Vertaal klantwensen naar technisch haalbare automatiseringsoplossingen - Onderhoud klant- en leverancierscontact en bewaak afspraken en verwachtingen - Beoordeel technische keuzes rond besturingen, aandrijvingen en machineveiligheid - Verbeter standaardisatie, projectaanpak en samenwerking binnen het team Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in industriële automatisering of machinebouw, met kennis van productieprocessen en installaties - Ervaring als projectleider, lead engineer of senior engineer, inclusief planning en budgetbeheer - Ervaring met Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Pilz, indus.
