USG Professionals is op zoek naar een projectleider dakwerken:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van diverse projecten van voorbereidingsfase tot oplevering.
  • Je volgt op dagdagelijkse basis de nacalculaties van de werven in uitvoering op.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van alle wettelijke en administratieve verplichtingen bij de opstart van een werf.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onderaannemers, de architect, de opdrachtgever en de veiligheidscoördinator.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veilige uitvoering en de naleving van de kwaliteitsvoorschriften van Group Suerickx.
  • Je controleert de rendementen en budgetten en je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over het financiële resultaat.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van vorderingsstaten en facturen.
  • Je geeft technische ondersteuning bij de opmaak van offertes en calculatie.
  • Je adviseert in het aankoopproces, houdt je kennis up-to-date omtrent de materialen en producten op de markt.
  • Je gaat continu op zoek naar verbeteringen in processen, systemen en werkwijzen om het rendement te verbeteren.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 1 jaar ervaring als (junior) projectleider.
  • Leiderschap: Je bent een inspirerende leider die zijn team motiveert en het beste uit hen haalt.
  • Communicatie: Je bent een sterke communicator die effectief kan samenwerken met verschillende belanghebbenden.
  • Expertise: Je hebt een grondige basiskennis van dakwerken en bent vertrouwd met alle aspecten van het projectmanagement.
  • Probleemoplossend: Je kan problemen oplossen en legt daarvoor de nodige creativiteit en assertiviteit aan de dag.
  • Resultaatgericht: Je bent gedreven om resultaten te behalen en streeft altijd naar verbetering.
