In regio Aalter stap je binnen in een bedrijf waar geen enkel project twee keer hetzelfde is. Hier draait het niet om seriewerk, maar om technische realisaties die telkens opnieuw doordacht en op maat worden uitgewerkt. Binnen deze familiale KMO werken mensen nauw samen, met korte lijnen en een directe manier van communiceren. Verwachtingen zijn duidelijk, kwaliteit staat voorop en projecten worden van begin tot eind als één geheel aangepakt.

Om die projecten van begin tot eind gestructureerd en efficiënt te laten verlopen, zoeken ze vandaag een Projectcoördinator die het volledige traject in handen neemt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Van opmeting tot plaatsing neem je de coördinatie van projecten rond industriële metaalconstructies in handen
  • Klanten begeleid je doorheen het volledige traject, waarbij duidelijke communicatie en betrokkenheid centraal staan
  • Je houdt het budget goed in de gaten en stuurt bij waar nodig om alles financieel op koers te houden
  • Technische vragen zet je om in praktische oplossingen en je geeft advies dat aansluit bij wat de klant nodig heeft
  • Tot slot zie je kansen bij klanten en weet je die te vertalen naar sterke, onderbouwde voorstellen die technisch kloppen én commercieel overtuigen
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • Je kan terugblikken op minstens 3 jaar werkervaring binnen bouw, industrie of projectleiding
  • Ook ben je bereid om tot 50% van je werktijd op verplaatsing te werken
