Ben jij iemand die goed is in het bewaren van een goed overzicht over verschillende werven tegelijkertijd? Ben je een expert in industriebouw / metaalconstructies? Ben je op zoek naar een coördinerende functie?

Dan zijn WIJ op zoek naar JOU!

Voor onze klant in Kinrooi zijn we namelijk op zoek naar een projectleider industriebouw.

Je zal overzicht bewaren over de verschillende werven en hebt volgend takenpakket:

  • werven opstarten
  • aansturen van werfleiders en ploegbazen
  • vorderingsstaten opvolgen
  • nacalculaties doen
  • bijsturen indien nodig
  • klantencontact
  • ...

De werven zijn gelegen over de regio Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant en Antwerpen, dus je kan eventueel ook van thuis uit vertrekken!

Profiel

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een bachelor of master in de bouw, elektromechanica of andere bouwgerelateerde studies. Indien je dit niet hebt, maar wel een relevante werkervaring hierin kan voorleggen is dit ook prima!
  • Je bent iemand met technische inzichten, en ondanks je helicopterview, ben je toch op de hoogte van wat er precies op welke werf gaande is.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent flexibel in werktijden, een 9 to 5 mentaliteit is niet voor jou weggelegd.

Wat krijg je in de plaats?

  • Een loon afhankelijk van jouw wensen en ervaring. Loon is maatwerk en dus samen bespreekbaar!
  • Het is voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling, 40 uren per week en je krijgt hierdoor ook recht op 12 betaalde ADV-dagen.
