Takenpakket:

  • Het volledige beheer van de projecten, van de voorbereiding tot de oplevering en nazorg. Je coördineert alle fasen en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt.
  • Het opstellen van projectplanningen en het bewaken van de voortgang. Je zorgt ervoor dat de deadlines worden gehaald en dat het project efficiënt wordt uitgevoerd.
  • Het coördineren van de samenwerking tussen verschillende partijen, zoals klanten, onderaannemers, leveranciers en interne teams. Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Het beheren van het budget van het project en het monitoren van de kosten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de uitgaven binnen de vastgestelde limieten blijven en optimaliseert waar mogelijk.
  • Het identificeren van mogelijke risico’s en knelpunten binnen het project en zorgt ervoor dat deze snel en efficiënt worden opgelost.
  • Het rapporteren aan de directie over de voortgang van het project en het begeleiden van werfleiders om de uitvoering optimaal te laten verlopen.

Profiel:

  • Je hebt een hogere bouwtechnische opleiding afgerond of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring in de infrastructuur- of telecomsector.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, waarbij je teams hebt aangestuurd en gemotiveerd om projecten succesvol uit te voeren.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende belanghebbenden om de projectdoelen te bereiken.
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en kunt snel en effectief problemen oplossen wanneer zich obstakels voordoen.
  • Kennis van telecominfrastructuur is een must.
