In deze rol als projectleider HVAC & plafondtechniek neem jij het voortouw bij de volledige uitvoering en coördinatie van diverse werven verspreid over heel België.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele planning en de technische opvolging, waarbij je zorgt dat de vooropgestelde deadlines en kwaliteitsnormen strikt worden nageleefd.
  • Tijdens het project fungeer je als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor architecten, hoofdaannemers en nevenaannemers, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze communicatie op de werf.
  • Je stuurt de eigen montageteams en onderaannemers aan op een motiverende wijze en ziet erop toe dat de veiligheidsvoorschriften te allen tijde worden gerespecteerd.
  • Het nauwkeurig bewaken van het projectbudget en het beheren van de nodige bestellingen behoort tot jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden om financiële verrassingen te voorkomen.
  • Je voert regelmatig werfcontroles uit en neemt deel aan de werfvergaderingen om eventuele technische uitdagingen proactief en in overleg op te lossen.
  • Jouw oog voor detail zorgt voor een feilloze oplevering van de projecten, waarbij je streeft naar een maximale klantentevredenheid bij elke realisatie.

Profiel

Voor deze positie als projectleider HVAC & plafondtechniek zoeken we een organisatorisch talent dat technisch inzicht combineert met een sterke drive om resultaten te boeken.

  • Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma in een bouwkundige of technische richting en hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een stressbestendige bruggenbouwer die vlot communiceert in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans om de nationale werking te garanderen.
  • Dankzij jouw analytische blik en proactieve houding weet je projecten op een efficiënte manier naar je hand te zetten en uitdagingen tijdig te tackelen.
  • Je bent bereid om je doorheen heel België te verplaatsen en beschikt over de nodige zelfstandigheid om jouw eigen werven autonoom te beheren.
