Als Projectleider Jeugd ben jij de inhoudelijke kartrekker van zo'n team en de centrale schakel naar de opdrachtgever. Je biedt directe werkbegeleiding en structuur aan de professionals, helpt junior collega's bij complexe casuïstiek en bewaakt de vitaliteit in relatie tot de caseloadnormering. Tegelijkertijd onderhoud je het contact met de opdrachtgever om de planning, voortgang en kwaliteit van het project te waarborgen. Omdat je deze functie combineert met een specifiek voor jou ingerichte leerlijn tot projectleider (van 12 maanden), staat ook jouw eigen groei centraal. Eens per 3 weken neem je deel aan interactieve werksessies en intervisie op ons kantoor in Amersfoort. Tijdens deze bijeenkomsten volg je trainingen over onderwerpen als het opzetten van projectteams, 'secure base' leiderschap en projectplanning. Zo werk je doordeweeks op je opdracht en bouw je tegelijkertijd aan je managementvaardigheden. Functie-eisen - Dankzij jouw geldige SKJ-registratie waarborg je de inhoudelijke kwaliteit en het vakmanschap binnen het projectteam. - Met jouw minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in de uitvoering binnen de jeugdsector (zoals bij VT, een wijkteam, een gemeente, RvdK of JB) doorgrond je de praktijk en weet je exact wat er op de werkvloer speelt. - Met jouw organisatorische kracht stuur je proactief op planning en processen om de werkvoorraad en wachtlijsten effectief terug te...
