Ben jij klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging binnen de wereld van techniek? Bij buro Nexus zijn we steeds op zoek naar de meest gedegen professional(s) om binnen ons netwerk op langdurige, toonaangevende projecten het verschil te maken als Projectleider.

Als projectleider ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor de volledige realisatie van kleine- en grote bouwprojecten, dit op technisch, financieel & administratief vlak. Vanuit je vakkennis, ervaring en inzichten, zie je toe op de organisatie, opvolging en uitvoering van complexe bouwprojecten. Als projectleider ben je de sturende en stuwende kracht voor een succesvol projectverloop, alsook het aanspreekpunt voor het voltallige bouwteam (van bouwheer tot leveranciers).

· Je bent zelfstandig en gedreven om een succesvol resultaat te behalen in teamverband.

· Jouw passie zit in bouwen, het motiveren van een team, organiseren en opvolgen van complexe bouwprojecten.

· Je bent een geboren organisator, je hebt bouwtechnisch inzicht en gezond ‘boerenverstand’.

· Je bent communicatief en commercieel ingesteld.

· Je genoot een bouwtechnische bachelor- of masteropleiding, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

· Je hebt ervaring in een bouwtechnische functie met ruwbouwervaring ... voor complexe opdrachten.
