€ Geen max uurtarief Als projectleider Laagspanning ben je namens de gemeente regisseur op netverzwaringsprojecten binnen jouw aandachtsgebied. Je organiseert en regisseert multidisciplinaire processen, zorgt voor tijdige besluitvorming, bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, financiën en risico's, onderhoudt relaties met betrokken stakeholders zoals Enexis en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van werkwijzen, kaders en procesverbeteringen. Wat ga je doen? - Regierol namens de gemeente op netverzwaringsprojecten binnen het eigen aandachtsgebied. - Regisseren van multidisciplinaire processen en organiseren van samenwerking tussen interne en externe partijen. - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, financiën, risico's en voortgang; zorgen voor tijdige besluitvorming en het signaleren en doorbreken van knelpunten. - Onderhouden van relaties en draagvlak met onder andere Enexis en andere betrokken stakeholders. - Samenstellen en verder uitbouwen van een gemeentelijk projectteam met benodigde specialistische kennis. - In kaart brengen van benodigde publiekrechtelijke procedures en beleidsmatige stappen voor de ondergrond. - Voorbereiden van ambtelijke en mogelijk bestuurlijke besluitvorming rondom zoeklocaties en tracés en het zetten van gezamenlijke vervolgstappen. - Bijdragen aan ontwikkeling en professionalisering van werkwijzen, kaders en samenwerking vanuit de uitvoeringspraktijk. - Aansturing: je valt direct onder de procesmanager netverzwaring en rapporteert daaraan met vaste frequentie. - Gemeentelijke regierol: organiseren van gemeentelijke samenwerking, afstemming tussen afdelingen en coördinatie met Enexis. - Multidisciplinaire procesregie: regisseren van processen en organiseren van mensen en middelen. - Sturing op resultaat: bewaken van planning, monitoren van voortgang en financiën en maken en bewaken van afspraken. - Relatiebeheer: onderhouden van contacten met interne en externe stakeholders en samenwerking met netbeheerders. - Ontwikkeling...
