In dit team van zo'n 20 bevlogen projectleiders en projectondersteuners wordt elke dag gewerkt aan de ruimtelijke toekomst van de Hoeksche Waard. Stilzitten is geen optie: samen realiseren jullie projecten die zichtbaar impact hebben op de leefomgeving. Als projectleider ben jij een van de drijvende krachten achter opgaven op het gebied van wonen, mobiliteit en energie. Jij pakt de regie, stuurt je projectteam aan en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er nodig is om stappen te zetten. Je schakelt makkelijk met collega's uit verschillende disciplines, teammanagers en externe partners en houdt daarbij altijd het overzicht. Je brengt focus, houdt de vaart erin en zorgt dat projecten niet alleen starten, maar ook succesvol worden afgerond. In deze rol werk je specifiek aan ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen en maatschappelijke voorzieningen. Zo ben je verantwoordelijk voor de integrale voorbereiding en realisatie van voorzieningen zoals een school en een sporthal in de nieuwe wijk Stougjeswijk. Ook werk je aan ontmoetingsplekken en buurthuizen verspreid over de Hoeksche Waard. Jij begeleidt projecten van initiatief en planvorming tot realisatie, oplevering en overdracht - altijd binnen de kaders van beleid, besluitvorming en beschikbare middelen. Dankzij jou ontstaan plekken waar mensen samenkomen, sporten, leren en leven.
