Ontwikkelingen zoals langdurige stroomuitval, cyberincidenten, uitval van vitale voorzieningen, maatschappelijke ontwrichting en andere crisis- en verstoringssituaties vragen om een gemeente die voorbereid is op langdurige impact op inwoners, ondernemers en de gemeentelijke organisatie. Gemeente Gooise Meren beschikt binnenkort over een quickscan maatschappelijke weerbaarheid waarin de huidige situatie, kwetsbaarheden en prioriteiten zijn uitgewerkt. De opdracht richt zich op het opvolgen, uitwerken en borgen van de uitkomsten van deze quickscan. Wij zoeken een ervaren projectleider/adviseur OOV die in staat is om een integraal programma maatschappelijke weerbaarheid op te zetten, samenwerking binnen de organisatie te organiseren en de eerste fase van de implementatie te begeleiden. De kandidaat vervult een aanjaag- en trekkersrol en fungeert als inhoudelijk adviseur richting management, burgemeester en betrokken stakeholders. Naast maatschappelijke weerbaarheid wordt verwacht dat de kandidaat, indien ruimte binnen de opdracht bestaat, ondersteuning biedt bij overige vraagstukken binnen het team OOV. Jouw rol Je wordt tijdelijk ingezet om: - Uitvoering geven aan OOV gerelateerde taken op het gebied van maatschappelijke weerbaarheid (noodsteunpunten, contact wijkverenigingen, oefeningen e.d.); - De eerste fase van de uitvoering van het programma maatschappelijke weerbaarheid te begeleiden, te weten: - D...
