Projectleider Netcongestie Detachering Energietransitie 3-5 jaar Friesland 32 - 40 uur €4.211 - €5.997 Strategische Coördinator Netcongestie: Vorm de Toekomst van Energie-infrastructuur in de regio Friesland Dit ga je doen Landelijk ervaren we netcongestie als een groot probleem, dit heeft gevolgen voor woningbouw, verduurzaming van de gebouwde omgeving, mobiliteit, uitbreiding van bedrijventerreinen en de bouw van maatschappelijk vastgoed. We zoeken een coördinator die de situatie in kaart brengt, prioriteiten stelt en alternatieve oplossingsrichtingen verkent. Hierbij kun je denken aan (technische) maatregelen die ervoor zorgen dat projecten doorgang kunnen vinden. De uitvoering van de opdracht gebeurt in overleg met de team duurzaamheid. Als projectleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor netcongestie. Je speelt een strategische rol in het integreren van netcongestie in het besluitvormingsproces en ontwikkelt een werkbare strategie hiervoor. Verantwoordelijkheden - Je voert inhoudelijke verkenningen uit en biedt inzicht in ruimtelijke, juridische, technische en financiële keuzes en consequenties, in overleg met de taskforce en bijvoorbeeld de netbeheerder; - Je creëert en bewaakt een overzicht van alle projecten en ontwikkelt een prioriteringsmethodiek voor projecten; - Je stuurt de taskforce netcongestie aan, die bestaat uit vertegenwoordigers van relevante teams; - Je behandelt vragen over netcongestie uit de organisatie en adviseert projectleiders over de impact van netcongestie en mogelijke alternatieve oplossingen; - Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van bestuurlijke besluitvorming; - Je vertegenwoordigt de regio bij de RES (regionale energiestrategie).
