Jouw rol Als projectleider ben jij de centrale schakel tussen opdrachtgever, uitvoerende teams, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je bent van begin tot eind verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de projecten. Met jouw heldere manier van communiceren leg je een belangrijke basis fijn contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en collega's. Vanuit jouw ervaring in de branche ben je in staat om processen goed te analyseren en te doorgronden. Wat ga je doen? - Volledige projectbegeleiding voor zowel particuliere als zakelijke opdrachtgevers van intake tot oplevering - Strategische planning en leidinggeven aan projectteams en zorgen voor effectieve samenwerking - Aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en vertaler van hun wensen naar de uitvoering - Aansturen onderaannemers en leveranciers - Budgetbewaking en zorgdragen voor tijdige facturatie en rapporteren aan de directie - Zorgen voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid Om uit te blinken in deze rol beschik je over: - HBO werk- en denkniveau (bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) - Ruime aantoonbare ervaring (minimaal 3 jaar) als Projectleider in de wereld van de verbouw, renovatie en onderhoud. - Brede kennis van bouwmethoden en -technieken - Kennis van Revit of Autocad is een pré - Communicatief sterk en gewend om met verschillende partijen te schakelen - Oplossingsgericht, proactief en organisatorisch sterk Wat bieden wij? - Een invloedrijke positie binnen een veelzijdig bedrijf met doorgroeimogelijkheden tot bedrijfsleider - Een competitief salaris (€ 4.250 - € 6.000 per maand passend bij ervaring en achtergrond) - Een inspirerende omgeving met afwisselende projecten - Secundaire arbeids...
