Als Projectleider Nieuwbouw ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen op het project. Je stuurt het bouwproces aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers en interne afdelingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, bewaakt de voortgang en lost knelpunten op voordat ze problemen worden. Daarnaast coach je je team en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Aansturen en coördineren van nieuwbouwprojecten in de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, architecten en adviseurs; - Leidinggeven aan uitvoerders en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats; - Opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning en voortgangsrapportages; - Signaleren van risico's en proactief oplossen van knelpunten; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitseisen; - Deelnemen aan calculatie en aanbestedingstrajecten voor nieuwe projecten.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Het bedrijf biedt concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld Senior Projectleider of Projectmanager, waarbij je grotere en complexere projecten gaat aansturen. Daarnaast kun je via de interne academie trainingen volgen op het gebied van leidinggeven, contractmanagement of duurzaam bouwen. Het bedrijf stimuleert actief dat medewerkers hun ambities waarmaken en investeert daar ook in.
