Binnen de vestiging heerst een informele sfeer en is er veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en creativiteit. Functie inhoud Als projectleider leid je zowel kleine als grote nieuwbouwprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele bouwproces, zoals de voorbereiding, uitvoering, inkoop, oplevering en financiële afwikkeling. Je geeft leiding aan jouw projectteam en weet ze te motiveren om binnen de gestelde kaders een hoge kwaliteit te leveren. Samen met je projectteam stel je de projectplanning op, verzorg je de inkoop van materialen en onderaannemers en zorg je voor de realisatie. Daarnaast stel je de (financiële) rapportages op. Je onderhoudt de contacten met de opdrachtgever, architect, constructeur, leveranciers en derde. Naast de financiële bewaking ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang. Het gelijktijdig managen van meerdere projecten in de verschillende fases van het bouwproces maakt jouw baan afwisselend en dynamisch.
