Als Projectleider Nieuwbouw en Renovatie houd je grip op planning, budget en kwaliteit. Jij stuurt het bouwproces aan en zorgt dat ieder project volgens afspraak wordt gerealiseerd. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider Nieuwbouw en Renovatie geef je leiding aan bouwprojecten met een omvang van ongeveer € 15 tot € 25 miljoen. Je bewaakt de planning, het budget, de kwaliteit en de voortgang vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de oplevering. Daarbij stuur je werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en andere betrokken disciplines aan en houd je contact met opdrachtgever, onderaannemers en directie. Je bepaalt de inkoopstrategie, signaleert risico's en grijpt tijdig in als de uitvoering anders loopt dan gepland. Tijdens bouwvergaderingen zorg je voor duidelijke afspraken en houd je overzicht over het volledige bouwproces. Voor onze opdrachtgever werk je aan uiteenlopende nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten binnen onder andere woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Je bent minimaal één à twee dagen per week aanwezig op de bouwplaats en houdt daar zicht op kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang. De overige tijd besteed je aan projectvoorbereiding, planning, kostenbewaking en technische afstemming. Hierbij maak je gebruik van software zoals Revit, Asta Powerproject, IBIS-Trad en AFAS. Met jouw bouwkundige kennis en leiderschap zorg je dat projecten efficiënt en volgens de gestelde eisen worden uitgevoerd.
