Jouw profiel Je bent een ervaren professional met een bewezen trackrecord in het leiden van infrastructuurprojecten. Je hebt minimaal drie tot vijf jaar relevante werkervaring opgebouwd en weet wat er komt kijken bij complexe ondergrondse werkzaamheden. Jouw technische kennis combineer je met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, ook als er meerdere ballen in de lucht zijn, en je weet teams te motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd voorop en je bent in staat om beslissingen te nemen onder druk. Wij vragen: - Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Civiele Techniek, Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting; - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Projectleider in de civiele of infratechniek; - Grondige kennis van ondergrondse infrastructuur zoals kabels, leidingen en riolering; - Ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams en onderaannemers; - Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden met oog voor detail; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - Proactieve houding met een oplossingsgerichte instelling.
