Samen met ons jonge en kundige team werk je aan goed planmatig onderhoud en een duurzame toekomst. Jaarlijks investeren we € 60 miljoen in onze woningen, waarvan € 12 miljoen in planmatig onderhoud. Casade heeft een vacature voor een Projectleider planmatig onderhoud (32 - 36 uur per week) Dit ga je doen In deze veelzijdige baan krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid. Je draait zelfstandig projecten en denkt mee met je collega's bij complexe vraagstukken. Jouw kennis en ervaring delen: daar krijg je energie van! Samen met je collega's werk je elke dag aan één doel: een fijn en gezond thuis voor onze huurders. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze woningen goed worden onderhouden. Dit zijn verduurzamings- en onderhoudsprojecten. Van het voorbereiden en inkopen tot het coördineren en controleren van werkzaamheden: jij bent erbij betrokken. Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, communicatie en het budget en je blijft betrokken bij de nazorg. Voor onze onderhoudspartners ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt. Onderhoud geeft soms overlast. Daarom zorg jij voor duidelijke communicatie naar onze huurders. Gaat iets niet zoals gepland? Dan beantwoord jij vragen en zoek je naar oplossingen, eventueel samen met je collega's van de gebiedsteams. En zo doe je dat - Je hebt ruime ervaring met voorbereiding, inkoop en realisatie van onderhoudsprojecten en kunt goed meedenken met onze onderhoudspartijen. Met jouw technische kennis maak je de juiste keuzes. En als het nodig is, weet je anderen te overtuigen van jouw idee. - Je werkt volgens Resultaat Gericht Samenwerken (RGS) en houdt het overzicht om samen met collega's en partners te zorgen dat onze woningen in topconditie blijven. - Je staat in goed contact met onze huurders en de betrokken parti...
