Ben jij een ervaren Projectleider die graag de volledige verantwoordelijkheid draagt over uitdagende bouwprojecten? Wil je niet alleen projecten opvolgen, maar écht mee het verschil maken van ontwerp tot oplevering? Dan is dit misschien wel de volgende stap in jouw carrière.

Voor een sterke en groeiende speler binnen de bedrijfsbouw zoeken we een Projectleider / Project Manager. In deze functie ben jij de spilfiguur tussen klanten, interne afdelingen en de uitvoering op de werf. Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, budgetten en samenwerking, terwijl je meerdere uitdagende projecten tegelijk in goede banen leidt.

Je krijgt veel autonomie, werkt samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt de kans om jouw leiderschap verder uit te bouwen binnen een ambitieus en familiaal bedrijf.

Jouw taken

Als Projectleider ben jij eindverantwoordelijke voor jouw projecten vanaf de verkoop tot en met de oplevering. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en technisch inzicht zorg je ervoor dat elk project kwalitatief, veilig en binnen de afgesproken termijn wordt gerealiseerd.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Volledige coördinatie van bouwprojecten van A tot Z
  • Opvolgen van planning, budgetten, kwaliteit en rendement
  • Samenwerken met aankoop, stabiliteit, calculatie en het tekenbureau
  • Vertalen van architectuurplannen naar technisch uitvoerbare oplossingen
  • Coachen en begeleiden van één of meerdere werfleiders
  • Opvolgen van meerdere werven die zich gelijktijdig in verschillende fases bevinden
  • Deelnemen aan complexe werfvergaderingen
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, architecten, leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Oplossen van technische en organisatorische uitdagingen
  • Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een efficiënte uitvoering
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Financiële opvolging van de projecten
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang aan de directie

Kortom: jij bent de motor achter succesvolle bouwprojecten en combineert technisch inzicht, leiderschap en organisatie om elk project tot een goed einde te brengen.

Je bent een natuurlijke leider die structuur brengt, vooruit denkt en mensen weet te motiveren. Je behoudt steeds het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere projecten gelijktijdig lopen.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je beschikt over een Master Bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige opleiding
  • Je hebt minstens een aantal jaren ervaring als Projectleider, Werfleider of Project Manager
  • Ervaring binnen de industriebouw of bedrijfsbouw is een sterke troef
  • Je communiceert professioneel met klanten, architecten en interne teams
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en behoudt de rust, ook wanneer de praktijk anders loopt dan de theorie
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
