Als Projectleider Buitenschrijnwerk neem je de leiding over uitdagende projecten van A tot Z en zorg je voor een perfecte uitvoering op maat van de klant.

  • Je volgt grote projecten (zoals ziekenhuizen en appartementen) in buitenschrijnwerk op, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je plant de werken en stemt deze af met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je bewaakt de timing, het budget en de kwaliteit van elk project.
  • Je stuurt de plaatsingsteams aan en ondersteunt hen waar nodig.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant tijdens het volledige traject.
  • Je controleert de technische plannen en zorgt dat alles correct wordt uitgevoerd.
  • Je lost problemen snel en efficiënt op en houdt steeds het overzicht.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van je dossiers.
  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider binnen buitenschrijnwerk of een aanverwante bouwsector.
  • Je hebt een goede technische kennis van ramen, deuren en gevelsystemen.
  • Je werkt planmatig en behoudt het overzicht, ook bij meerdere projecten tegelijk.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, leveranciers en medewerkers.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
