Functieomschrijving Als Projectleider Restauratie ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de projecten op financieel en kwalitatief vlak. Samen met de werkvoorbereiding, calculatie, inkoop en uitvoering werk je aan zeer uitdagende projecten in de restauratie, renovatie, herbestemming en specialistische nieuwbouw. De Projectleider verzorgt de financiële projectbewaking en zorgt samen met de inkoper voor een tijdige en correcte inkoop van onderaannemers en leveranciers. Tot de voornaamste taken van de Projectleider behoren: - Sturen op budget: bewaken van kosten en vastleggen periodieke rapportages in Navision - Sturen op tijd: opstellen van planningen en algemene bouwplaatskosten - Sturen op kwaliteit: aansturen en contracteren van de technische engineering - Coördineren van de inkoop, planvoorbereiding, uitvoering en nazorg - Monitoren van kansen en risico's - Zorgdragen voor nacalculaties en projectevaluaties - Overleg met opdrachtgever, gemeente en andere stake-holders - Zorgdragen voor een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving Functie-eisen - HBO Bouwkunde - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie - Aantoonbare ervaring met restauratie projecten - Sterke persoonlijkheid met commerciële slagkracht - Sterke planner en organisator - Pro-actief en oplossingsgericht - Resultaatgericht leiderschap - Besluitvaardig en handson mentaliteit - Teamplayer en stressbestendig Arbeidsvoorwaarden Voor deze uitdagende rol van Projectleider R...
