  • Als Projectleider draag jij de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het succesvol opleveren van diverse werven.
  • In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij de technische en administratieve voorbereiding, waarbij je de planning strak in het oog houdt om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je bewaakt het rendement en de kwaliteit van de uitvoeringsfase door nauwgezet toezicht te houden op de voortgang van de werken.
  • De aansturing van zowel eigen ploegen als onderaannemers ligt in jouw handen, waarbij je zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Tijdens de werfvergaderingen treed je op als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de bouwheer en andere betrokken partijen om afspraken helder te communiceren.
  • Jouw oog voor detail helpt bij het tijdig bijsturen van processen en het oplossen van onvoorziene praktische hindernissen op de site.
  • Je verzorgt de nacalculatie en de administratieve afsluiting, zodat elk project ook op papier vlekkeloos wordt opgeleverd.

Profiel

  • In de rol van Projectleider is een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel essentieel om de dagelijkse operaties te stroomlijnen.
  • Een master- of bachelorsdiploma Bouwkunde vormt de ideale basis voor deze functie.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een besluitvaardig persoon die vlot communiceert met zowel arbeiders als directieleden.
  • Ervaring met complexe planningen en budgetbeheer zorgt ervoor dat je altijd het overzicht behoudt in een hectische omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen om technische plannen snel te vertalen naar de praktijk op de werf.
