Als Projectleider Sprinkler bij Heijmans Utiliteit BV in Utrecht ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van sprinklerprojecten: van technisch ontwerp tot en met oplevering. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten en bent de verbindende factor tussen engineering, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering, projectcoördinatie en onderhoud. Tegelijkertijd ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je houdt de regie over het volledige projectproces. Je bewaakt de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit, zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed op elkaar aansluiten en ziet erop toe dat wordt gewerkt volgens de geldende regelgeving en veiligheidsnormen. Wanneer zich een technisch of organisatorisch vraagstuk voordoet, neem jij het voortouw en zorg je voor een passende oplossing. Wat ga je doen? - Je leidt en coördineert sprinklerprojecten van ontwerp tot en met oplevering. - Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en voortgang van de projecten. - Je stelt projectplanningen op en zorgt voor een efficiënte verdeling en opvolging van werkzaamheden. - Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen engineering, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering, projectcoördinatie en onderhoud. - Je onderhoudt actief contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere stakeholders. - Je bewaakt de technische en organisatorische voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je ziet toe op naleving van relevante regelgeving, normen en veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Je signaleert risico's, afwijkingen en knelpunten en zorgt voor passende oplossingen. - Je verzorgt duidelijke voortgangsra...
