The posting

Voor uitdagende projecten binnen staalconstructies, balustrades, leuningen en metalen maatwerk zoeken we een Projectleider die techniek, planning en werfopvolging moeiteloos combineert.

Je begeleidt projecten van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerp, productie, levering en montage perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met architecten, aannemers, tekenaars, leveranciers, productie en montageploegen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van projecten binnen metalen constructies.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Coördineren van projecten rond balustrades, leuningen, staalconstructies en metalen maatwerk.
  • Verzamelen en controleren van technische projectinformatie, plannen en specificaties.
  • Uitvoeren of organiseren van opmetingen op de werf.
  • Afstemmen met architecten, aannemers, bouwheren en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en technische projectbesprekingen.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de project-, productie- en montageplanning.
  • Technische dossiers voorbereiden in samenwerking met Tekla-tekenaars en engineering.
  • Controleren van uitvoeringsplannen en constructiedetails.
  • Opvolgen van productie, levering en montage van stalen en metalen onderdelen.
  • Coördineren van onderaannemers en montagepartners op de werf.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, budget, veiligheid, timing en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Technische problemen op de werf analyseren en samen met het team praktische oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen en meer- of minderwerken tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van vorderingsstaten en facturatie.
  • Begeleiden van de projecten tot en met de definitieve oplevering.
  • Samenstellen en vervolledigen van het as-built dossier.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met organisatorisch talent en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar staal, constructie en bouwtechniek centraal staan.

Idealiter herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een technische of bouwkundige richting, of je hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Projectleider, Werfleider of Project Engineer binnen bouw, staalbouw of metaalconstructie.
  • Ervaring met balustrades, leuningen, staalconstructies, geveltechniek of metalen maatwerk is een sterke troef.
  • Je kunt technische en architecturale plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in constructiedetails, bevestigingen, maatvoering en montage.
  • Kennis van Tekla Structures, AutoCAD of andere CAD-software is een plus.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt verschillende projecten en deadlines tegelijk beheren.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en zoekt actief naar oplossingen wanneer technische uitdagingen ontstaan.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, architecten, aannemers, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je bent graag aanwezig op de werf en houdt voeling met de praktische uitvoering.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bewaakt jouw projecten zelfstandig van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
