Jobomschrijving

Bouw mee aan het glasvezelnetwerk van morgen

Elke straat die overschakelt op glasvezel is het resultaat van tientallen beslissingen die op het juiste moment moeten samenvallen: een vergunning die tijdig binnenkomt, een aannemer die klaarstaat, een gemeente die meedenkt. TEC zoekt een Project Manager die dat samenspel regisseert bij de grootschalige uitrol van glasvezel- en telecominfrastructuur in Vlaanderen, van klantorder tot spade in de grond.

  • Feeder-infrastructuurprojecten coördineren van intake tot uitvoeringsklaar: planning, ontwerpopvolging, terreinsurveys, vergunningen, stakeholderafstemming en overdracht aan de bouwteams/ externe partners.
  • Projecten opvolgen en milestones tijdig opleveren, met gelijktijdig beheer van meerdere projecten en proactieve risico- en blockermitigatie
  • Coördineren met gemeenten, nutsbedrijven, aannemers, engineeringteams en interne stakeholders
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de operationele projectlevering zorgen dat alle documentatie, vergunningen en afhankelijkheden in orde zijn vóór overdracht aan de uitvoeringsteams
  • Inefficiënties en knelpunten in het feeder-projectproces identificeren, en mee nieuwe processen, governance-structuren en werkwijzen definiëren, documenteren en implementeren
  • Rapporteringsmechanismen, KPI's en projectmanagementstandaarden opzetten
  • Changemanagement en de adoptie van nieuwe processen door stakeholders ondersteunen, en het management adviseren over procesoptimalisatie en operational excellence

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in projectcoördinatie of -management binnen telecom, utilities, infrastructuur of bouw
  • Bewezen ervaring met het gelijktijdig beheren van meerdere infrastructuurprojecten, inclusief contact met gemeenten en overheidsinstanties

Jouw vaardigheden

  • Sterke stakeholdermanagement- en communicatievaardigheden, in het Nederlands én Engels
  • Uitstekende planning en organisatie, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Risicomanagement en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Ervaring met terreinwerk, site visits en vergunningstrajecten binnen telecom-/glasvezelprojecten
  • Analytisch sterk en detailgericht in documentatie en rapportering
