- Werken bij NabijWonen Projectleider Vastgoedbeheer 36 uur Word jij onze Projectleider Vastgoedbeheer? Jij bent de projectleider die techniek, samenwerking en regie weet te combineren. Je houdt van onderhoudsprojecten die goed voorbereid zijn en soepel verlopen. Je overziet het geheel, maar verliest details niet uit het oog. Je bent thuis in planmatig onderhoud, begrijpt hoe resultaatgericht samenwerken (RGS) werkt en ondersteund bij technische vraagstukken rondom installaties. Bij NabijWonen zorg jij ervoor dat onze woningen veilig, duurzaam en van goede kwaliteit blijven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en bewaking van onderhoudsprojecten. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met collega's, ketenpartners, aannemers, leveranciers en bewoners. Ja, ik wil solliciteren Dit ga je doen Jij: - Regisseert planmatige onderhoudsprojecten voor op basis van de complexplannen en begeleidt deze van initiatief tot oplevering; - Stuurt op prestatieafspraken met RGS-partners, veiligheid en tevreden bewoners; - Werkt volgens de principes van resultaatgericht samenwerken (RGS); - Beoordeelt onderhoudsscenario's, offertes en technische voorstellen; - Bent gesprekspartner voor aannemers, adviseurs en ketenpartners; - Zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie richting bewoners; - Levert input voor onderhoudsbegrotingen en meerjarenplanningen; - Beoordeelt vraagstukken rondom verduurzaming in samenwerking met je collega's; - Signaleert risico's en zorgt dat knelpunten tijdig worden opgelost; - Draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van ons vastgoedbeheer. De functie richt zich op het regisseren van planmatig onderhoud, waarbij gestuurd wordt op kwaliteit, planning en samenwerking met uitvoerende partijen. Zo ben je succesvol! Je beschikt over MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt al enkele jaren ervaring opgedaan binnen vastgoedonderhoud, vastgoedbeheer of bouwkunde. Je weet hoe je onderhoudsprojecten organiseert, ...
