Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een projectleider in de ventilatie voor onze klant in regio Limburg. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd installaties van ventilatiesystemen, warmtepompen en zonne-energie. Jouw takenpakket als projectleider Ventilatie bestaat uit:

  • Sturing en opvolging van projecten van contracttekening tot aan de definitieve oplevering.
  • Fungeren als spilfiguur tussen opdrachtgevers, het eigen team op de werf, onderaannemers, leveranciers en studiebureaus.
  • Zorgen voor een goede werfvoorbereiding, strakke planningsbewaking en de nodige bijsturingen op de vloer.
  • Contracteren van geschikte onderaannemers en het begeleiden van aanbestedingstrajecten.
  • Plaatsen van bestellingen voor grote installaties (zoals warmtepompen en ventilatie units) en onderhandelen over leveranciersprijzen.
  • Opmaken en beheren van vorderingsstaten, verrekeningen, technische dossiers en productfiches.
  • Actief deelnemen aan werfoverleg, bewaken van de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen en oplossen van operationele knelpunten.

Als projectleider Ventilatie herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring als projectleider of werfleider opgedaan binnen de bouwsector of technische branche.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) in een bouwkundige of elektromechanische richting.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met ventilatiesystemen en bezit de nodige organisatorische én communicatieve vaardigheden om een team aan te sturen.
  • Je werkt kwaliteitsgericht, blijft kalm onder druk op de werf en bent vlot met moderne kantoorsoftware.
