Jobomschrijving

USG Professionals ik op zoek naar een projectleider villabouw.

  • Berekenen en voorbereiden van de toegewezen projecten.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor technische aankopen en het bewaken van het budget.
  • Coördineren van de technische uitvoering op de werf, inclusief opvolging na oplevering.
  • Evalueren van het project na afronding en bespreken van de resultaten met het management.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma in de bouwkunde.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen projecten.
  • Je hebt expertise in het begeleiden en coördineren van villaprojecten.
  • Je bent sterk in communicatie en hebt een klantgerichte houding.
  • Je denkt vooruit, neemt initiatief en bent proactief.
  • Je werkt doortastend, streeft naar topkwaliteit en let op de kleinste details.
