Voor Unica Building Services Geleen zoeken we een ervaren Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde die grip houdt op planning, budget en uitvoering. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en het projectteam en zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch, financieel en kwalitatief goed verlopen. Jouw uitdaging als Projectleider W Als Projectleider W bij UBS Geleen stuur je uitdagende werktuigbouwkundige modificatie- en renovatieprojecten aan binnen de bestaande utiliteit. Denk hierbij aan de vervanging en verduurzaming van klimaatinstallaties, verwarmings- en koelinstallaties, warmtepompen, luchtbehandelingskasten en regeltechnische installaties bij onder andere kantoren, zorginstellingen, onderwijsgebouwen en industriële klanten. Je geeft leiding aan een projectteam bestaande uit twee werkvoorbereiders, een engineer, een calculator en een technisch administratief medewerker en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de technische, financiële en organisatorische uitvoering van jouw projecten. Naast het succesvol realiseren van projecten bouw je actief aan klantrelaties. Wat ga je doen? • Je leidt werktuigbouwkundige projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en nazorg. • Je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een juiste inzet van mensen en middelen. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het financiële resultaat en houdt de projectadministratie, prognoses en rapportages bij. • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's en neemt deel aan bouw- en projectvergaderingen. • Je geeft leiding aan 2-4 projectmedewerkers en stuurt daarnaast indirect verschillende collega's aan. • Je signaleert kansen voor meerwerk en vervolgprojecten en draagt bij aan het binnenhale...
