Wat ga je doen?

  • Je coördineert en beheert wegenwerven van klasse 8 met ondersteuning van gespecialiseerde werfleiders en ploegbazen.
  • Je stuurt (junior) werfleider(s) aan bij de uitvoering van meerdere wegenwerven.
  • Je volgt de dagelijkse voortgang en bezetting van de werven op.
  • Je maakt vorderingsstaten op en controleert of bijsturingen nodig zijn
  • Je schenkt permanente aandacht aan kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je beheert het gebruik van materiaal en controleert de toeleveringen.
  • Je beheert het financiële aspect van jouw werven en rapporteert aan de directeur wegenbouw.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een toonaangevende Belgische wegenbouwer met een sterke regionale aanwezigheid. Het bedrijf beheerst alle aspecten van de wegenbouw en beschikt over eigen productie- en recyclagesites. Ze dragen duurzaamheid hoog in het vaandel en investeren in innovatieve technologieën en opleidingen voor hun medewerkers

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de ingenieurswetenschappen, optie bouwkunde of landmeten.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als werfleider of projectleider in de wegenbouw.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk.
