Voor een dynamisch advies- en studiebureau in Westerlo zoeken wij een Projectverantwoordelijke Wegen- en Rioleringswerken. Dit bureau is dé expert op het gebied van gebouwtechnieken, duurzaamheid en waterhuishouding. Je komt terecht in een team van specialisten waar innovatie en praktische uitvoering hand in hand gaan.

🛠️ Jouw dag als Projectverantwoordelijke

  • Werfopvolging: Je bent aanwezig op wekelijkse werfvergaderingen, voert controles uit en giet je bevindingen in heldere verslagen.
  • Coördinatie: Je leidt overlegmomenten met nutsmaatschappijen en aannemers om de neuzen in dezelfde richting te krijgen.
  • Technisch geweten: Je duikt in het Standaardbestek 250, keurt technische documenten van aannemers goed en controleert de resultaten van werfproeven.
  • Financieel beheer: Je houdt de vinger aan de pols bij vorderingsstaten, verrekeningen en de uiteindelijke eindafrekening.
  • Communicatie: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever en organiseert, indien nodig, infovergaderingen voor buurtbewoners zodat iedereen op de hoogte blijft.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een ingenieursdiploma (bijv. Burgerlijk Ingenieur), wat essentieel is voor onze openbare aanbestedingen.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van het SB 250 voor wegenbouw.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al enkele jaren ervaring in de sector, maar vooral een enorme goesting om bij te leren.
  • Je hebt een passie voor water, wegenis, riolering en de inrichting van het openbaar domein.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B om vlot tussen kantoor en de werven te pendelen.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die ook zelfstandig knopen durft door te hakken.
