Bij BAM Wonen Mid Rise ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van woningbouwprojecten. Jij bent de drijvende kracht op de bouwplaats en zorgt dat projecten niet alleen vooruitgaan, maar ook kloppen - technisch, organisatorisch en financieel. Je werkt aan projecten in Rotterdam en de regio Zuid-Holland, met de focus op appartementenbouw en aanvullend grondgebonden woningbouw. Na de voorbereidingsfase neem jij het project over en stuur je op een gecontroleerde, veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering - van start bouw tot en met oplevering. Als Projectleider bij BAM Wonen Mid Rise geef je leiding aan de realisatie van woningbouwprojecten. Je stuurt het multidisciplinaire projectteam aan en zorgt dat alle disciplines - van werkvoorbereiding tot uitvoering en ketenpartners - optimaal samenwerken. Je hebt hierin een leidende rol: je neemt beslissingen, houdt regie en zorgt dat het project volgens plan verloopt, ook wanneer de complexiteit toeneemt. Jouw rol in een notendop: - Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van nieuwbouwprojecten van start bouw tot oplevering - Aansturen van een multidisciplinair projectteam (werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering, inkoop en partners) - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget - Coördineren van werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een efficiënte voortgang op de bouw - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en co-makers gedurende de uitvoering - Signaleren en beheersen van risico's en knelpunten tijdens de realisatie - Zorgen voor een veilige, professione...
