Je brengt techniek, mensen en organisatie samen en stuurt projecten van planvorming tot succesvolle realisatie. Een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid, zichtbare impact en volop ruimte om jouw stempel te drukken op de energie-infrastructuur van de toekomst. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Projectmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projectresultaat en zorg je dat multidisciplinaire teams gezamenlijk hun doelen realiseren. - Aansturen, motiveren en verbinden van multidisciplinaire projectteams. - Opstellen van projectplannen en bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Coördineren van interne afdelingen, leveranciers, aannemers, opdrachtgevers en overige stakeholders. - Signaleren en beheersen van projectrisico's en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig. - Rapporteren over voortgang en resultaten aan klanten en het management en actief verbeteren van processen en de projectaanpak.
