Als projectvoorbereider Renovatie & Transformatie draag je zorg voor de voorbereiding van bouwprojecten, vanaf de initiële klantvraag tot en met contractvorming, en in bepaalde gevallen ook tot en met de inkoopfase. Tijdens dit proces verzamel je, eventueel samen met de opdrachtgever, alle benodigde gegevens voor het technisch ontwerp, de wet- en regelgeving, en de prijsvorming, terwijl je controleert of de projectinformatie op elkaar aansluit. Je houdt toezicht op zowel de kosten als de technische aspecten, met aandacht voor de belangen van diverse betrokken partijen. In samenwerking met de calculator stel je budget- en onderdelenramingen op en onderzoek je bouwmethoden, indien nodig in overleg met andere disciplines. Vooral op technisch vlak ben je creatief en denk je buiten de gebaande paden om innovatieve oplossingen te bieden die de opdrachtgever verrassen. Uiteindelijk controleer je de contractdocumenten op basis van de gemaakte afspraken en stuur je bij waar dat nodig is. In deze functie geef je de processen in het voortraject van een project vorm, waarbij je vernieuwende ideeën inzet en complexe technische vraagstukken oplost. Je stemt regelmatig af met collega's van prijsvorming, projectontwikkeling, projectleiding en medepreparateurs om de voortgang te bewaken en waar nodig tijdig bij te sturen. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het uitwerken van het project en zorg je ervoor dat de voorbereidingsfase volledig en correct wordt afgerond richting de realisatie. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal een afgeronde opleiding HBO bouwkunde of hoger; - minimaal 3 jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de aannemerij. - Communicatief sterk en in staat om effectief samen te werken in multidisciplinaire teams. - Proactief, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig.
