Daarnaast vragen wij: - Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een technische of bouwkundige richting; - Minimaal 6-10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in het managen van complexe projecten; - Ervaring met technisch onderzoek en innovatieprojecten; - Gedegen kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken (zoals PRINCE2, Agile of IPMA); - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement; - Analytisch vermogen en een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte werkhouding; - Ervaring in de (semi)publieke sector is een pre; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - Commercieel inzicht en business development vaardigheden.
