Het domein Wonen met Zorg is op zoek naar een enthousiaste, ervaren programmamanager. Wil jij de visie 'Van zorgen voor naar samen leven' vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk van onze ouderenzorg? Als onze derde programmamanager binnen het domein Wonen met Zorg pak jij de portefeuille Kwaliteit op. Je bent de tactische motor én strategisch adviseur die de visie omzet in kwaliteit die voelbaar is op al onze 25 locaties. Wat ga je doen? - Portefeuille Kwaliteit trekken: Je geeft vorm en inhoud aan projecten rondom thema's zoals de Wet zorg en dwang (Wzd), het optimaliseren van het zorgdossier, zorgprocessen en het leerpad daaromheen. kortom, je draagt bij aan het op peil houden van de kwaliteit en het continu verbeteren en doorontwikkelen daarvan. - Overige portefeuilles: in overleg met de collega programmamanagers zal gekeken worden naar de verdeling van de portefeuilles. Afhankelijk van de grootte van de verdeling zullen er nog minimaal 2 portefeuilles bij komen. - Strategisch adviseren: Je adviseert de directie proactief over (kwaliteits)vraagstukken en vertaalt (landelijk) beleid en organisatievisie naar haalbare projectdoelen. - Project- en verandermanagement: Je plant, delegeert, bewaakt en beheerst alle projectfasen en tegelijk stuur je op resultaat. - Verbinden in de keten: Je beweegt makkelijk tussen het kernteam (directie, collega-programmamanagers), het Managementteam (MT), de ondersteunende diensten en de zorgprofessionals op de locaties om draagvlak te creëren.
