Stichting Slachtofferhulp Nederland (SHN) place Utrecht - Utrecht schedule 36 UUR 2026 - 31 dec. 2026 Opdrachtomschrijving (samenvatting) - Als Projectmanager AI ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectlevenscyclus: van opstart en uitvoering tot fase‑afsluiting en overdracht aan de organisatie. - Je stelt PID's, businesscases en projectplannen op en bewaakt planning, scope, budget, kwaliteit, risico's en afhankelijkheden. - Je fungeert als rechterhand van de Programmadirecteur: rapporteert rechtstreeks, bereidt besluiten voor en escalereert tijdig knelpunten en risico's. - Je werkt binnen de governance van het AI‑programma, coördineert samenhang tussen projecten en onderhoudt effectief stakeholdermanagement richting business, IT en leveranciers. - Je levert tijdige en kwalitatief goede voortgangsrapportages en draagt zorg voor professionele beheersing en uitvoering van complexe (AI/IT) projecten. - Interimpositie binnen diverse projecten; hybride werken (ongeveer 50/50) is mogelijk en de rol schakelt tactisch/strategisch met o.a. Programmadirecteur, Hoofd Informatievoorziening en Enterprise Architect. Vereist profiel - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als projectmanager in ingewikkelde organisaties en/of programmastructuren; aantoonbare praktijk in projectmanagement is eis. - Ervaring met zowel agile (Scrum/hybride) als waterfall methodieken en bewezen kunde in het pragmatisch toepassen van PRINCE2‑ en/of IPMA‑principes. - IPMA‑C gecertificeerd en/of PRINCE2 Practitioner en aantoonbare ervaring met het opstellen van PID's, businesscases en projectrapportages. - Sterke coördinerende en communicatieve vaardigheden, resultaatgericht, proactief, nauwkeurig en in staat meerdere werkstromen en disciplines te verbinden. - Aantoonbare ervaring met IT‑, digitaliserings‑ en bij voorkeur AI‑projecten; kennis van privacy, security, architectuur en governance is vereist. - Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement (business, IT,...
