Met jouw overzicht en energie weet iedereen wat er moet gebeuren en wanneer. Je schakelt met opdrachtgevers, stuurt het team aan en werkt zelf mee waar nodig. Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, denkt vooruit en houdt het hoofd koel. Zo zorg je samen met je collega's voor een uitvoering waar iedereen op kan vertrouwen.
