Als Projectmanager Bouw krijg je de regie over projecten vanaf €40 miljoen, veel beslissingsruimte en directe invloed op financiën, kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking. Je brengt bouwkunde, werktuigbouwkunde en elektrotechniek samen in één integraal projectteam. Met leiderschap, initiatief en overtuigingskracht verbind je opdrachtgevers, stakeholders en teamleiders. Je plant, organiseert en stuurt bij met een resultaatgerichte en integere aanpak. - Eindverantwoordelijk voor planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Aansturen van integrale bouw- en installatietechnische projectteams. - Beheren van contracten, risico's en kansen. - Strategisch overleggen met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders. - Coachen van teamleiders en verbeteren van projectrealisatie. Functie-eisen Je bent een ervaren projectmanager die overzicht houdt, belangen zorgvuldig afweegt en klantgericht naar resultaat werkt. Je communiceert helder, werkt oplossingsgericht en bouwt duurzame relaties op. Ervaring met complexe projecten is belangrijk; herken je jezelf niet in ieder punt, dan nodigen we je toch uit om te reageren. - Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen de bouw. - Kennis van projectbeheersing, planning en risicomanagement. - Ervaring met UAV-GC, DBFM of vergelijkbare contractvormen. - Affiniteit met integraal bouwen en installatietechniek.
