Gezelligheid hoort erbij: onze feestcommissie organiseert regelmatig activiteiten. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent de eigenaar van het proces rondom nieuwe aanvragen en orders en coördineert dit van aanvraag tot de reguliere productie; - Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de klant, Sales, Ontwikkeling, Kwaliteit, Inkoop, Planning, Productie en Logistiek; - Je zorgt voor een volledige intake, beheert het PAF (Productaanvraagformulier) en bewaakt acties, verantwoordelijkheden en deadlines; - Je verwerkt en controleert orders, bewaakt leverdata en de algehele leverbetrouwbaarheid; - Je informeert klanten proactief over de orderstatus, levertijden en eventuele vertragingen; - Je signaleert manco's en risico's, zet tijdig acties uit en escaleert wanneer gemaakte afspraken niet worden nagekomen; - Je informeert Sales over uitdagingen en benodigde commerciële acties, en hebt tweemaal per week overleg met hen over de status van aanvragen; - Je zorgt voor een correcte en actuele vastlegging in Business Central, Microsoft Teams en via e-mail.
