Het zijn projecten die technisch uitdagend zijn, maar vooral veel invloed hebben op het dagelijks leven van bewoners, ondernemers en weggebruikers. Om zulke projecten goed te laten verlopen, is een projectmanager nodig die techniek, omgeving en organisatie met elkaar weet te verbinden. Als Projectmanager Civiele Projecten ben jij verantwoordelijk voor uiteenlopende projecten binnen de gemeentelijke infrastructuur. Je werkt bijvoorbeeld aan de reconstructie van woonstraten, vervanging van riolering, aanleg van veilige fietsverbindingen en herinrichting van gebiedsontsluitingswegen. Ook projecten rondom klimaatadaptatie, verkeersveiligheid en de vernieuwing van bestaande buurten kunnen onderdeel zijn van jouw portefeuille. Vanaf het eerste gesprek met de opdrachtgever tot en met de technische uitwerking en begeleiding richting uitvoering houd jij de regie. Je bepaalt samen met de opdrachtgever wat er nodig is, stelt een passend projectteam samen en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerp, planning, budget en belangen uit de omgeving op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij ben je inhoudelijk betrokken, maar geef je jouw collega's ook de ruimte om vanuit hun eigen expertise bij te dragen. Met een salaris tussen €4.500 en €6.900 bruto per maand krijg je een zelfstandige positie waarin je jouw ervaring kunt inzetten én verder kunt bouwen aan jouw ontwikkeling als projectmanager. Je werkt aan herkenbare projecten in de openbare ruimte, onderhoudt direct contact met publieke opdrachtgevers en krijgt veel invloed op de manier waarop projecten worden aangepakt.
