Je ontwikkelt project- en programmaplannen, voert omgevingsanalyses uit, treedt op als resultaatgericht informatieadviseur of verbetert de samenwerking tussen verschillende medewerkers binnen een grote organisatie in een project waar jij (mede)verantwoordelijk voor bent. De onderwerpen waarbij je onze klanten helpt in hun transformatie naar een agile organisatie variëren per project: van IT-governance tot dataorganisatie, procesverbetering en digitale innovatie. Hierdoor doe je in korte tijd veel nieuwe kennis op. We gebruiken op maat gemaakte methoden zoals (Scaled) Agile, PRINCE2, Agile Program Management en MSP. Waarom Highberg?
