Projectmanager Energietransitie (32-40 uur) Je nieuwe job als Projectmanager Energietransitie bij ons snelgroeiende bedrijf in het verduurzamen van woningen en wijken. Jouw doel is het succesvol uitvoeren van meerdere complexe projecten voor gemiddeld 15+ gemeenten om duurzaamheidsdoelen te realiseren. Denk aan projecten zoals energiebesparingsprogramma's voor huurders en woningeigenaren, het activeren van VvE's en innovatieve aanpakken om energiearmoede te bestrijden. Je maakt een directe, meetbare impact door het beleid van gemeenten om te zetten in uitvoering en concrete resultaten. In deze rol ben jij de spil tussen gemeenten, stakeholders (installateurs, energiecoöperaties, sociale partners) en ons interne team. Je overziet een breed scala aan projecten die verschillen in omvang en complexiteit. In deze rol behoud je het overzicht op de projecten, weet snel te schakelen, hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om beleidsmedewerkers te adviseren en bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van de uitvoering. Grofweg ziet je week er zo uit: - Projectmanagement (45% van je tijd) :Jij zorgt continu voor de juiste richting en sturing binnen de projecten waar je verantwoordelijk voor bent. Dit kunnen kortdurende, maar ook langdurige projecten (+3 jaar) zijn. Je stuurt op tijd, kwaliteit en budget, en bovenal op zo veel mogelijk duurzame impact maken. Hiervoor gebruik je hoofdzakelijk de projectmanagement tool Asana en klantvolgsysteem Salesforce. Je baseert je keuzes zoveel mogelijk op data en zorgt dat afspraken over de projecten goed geborgd zijn. - Stakeholdermanagement & advies (45% van je tijd) :Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's, gemeenten, installateurs en andere betrokken partijen. Je hebt regelmatig overleg, presenteert voortgangsrapportages en zorgt voor optimale samenwerking. Je adviseert gemeenten hoe zij van beleid tot uitvoering kunnen komen middels onze projecten.
