Vanwege de groei van ons team Advies, Interim & Projectmanagement zijn wij op zoek naar een Medior Projectmanager Facilitair. Wat ga je doen? Als Medior Projectmanager Facilitair ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig leiden van facilitaire projecten en verandertrajecten bij diverse opdrachtgevers. Je begeleidt organisaties bij het verbeteren, vernieuwen en professionaliseren van hun facilitaire dienstverlening en werkomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van projecten binnen de afgesproken planning, budgetten en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en interne stakeholders en zorg je ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen aangehaakt blijven gedurende het project. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en uitvoering. De ene keer begeleid je een aanbestedingstraject voor facilitaire dienstverlening, de andere keer implementeer je een nieuw werkplekconcept, optimaliseer je hospitality dienstverlening of begeleid je een facilitair verandertraject.
