In het kort: Je gaat als projectmanager fysieke beveiliging de uitvoering van beveiligingsmaatregelen op kritieke locaties leiden, werkstromen coördineren, risico’s bewaken en rapporteren aan de stuurgroep binnen het programma Weerbaarheid. Dit is HDSR Bij HDSR omarmen we water in al zijn vormen. Van regenwater in jouw wijk tot levendige ecosystemen in onze waterwegen. Met een veranderend klimaat is ons werk urgenter dan ooit. We zoeken experts die hun stempel willen drukken op onze regio. Ons waterwerk is zichtbaar en onmisbaar. We werken elke dag samen met bewoners, boeren, ondernemers en andere overheden aan veilige dijken en voldoende en schoon water. Noodzakelijk voor een leefbare omgeving. Jouw expertise maakt het verschil. Iedereen doet dat op een eigen unieke manier, met vertrouwen en bezieling. Wat ga je doen? Fysieke beveiliging is onderdeel van het programma Weerbaarheid van HDSR. Als onderdeel van de vitale infrastructuur is HDSR verantwoordelijk voor het aantoonbaar op orde hebben, onderhouden en borgen van de fysieke beveiliging van haar locaties en kritieke voorzieningen. Er zijn beveiligingsplannen en een overkoepelend Plan van Aanpak opgesteld; nu breekt de fase aan van planvorming naar uitvoering. Voor de uitvoering is een projectorganisatie fysieke beveiliging ingericht, die de fysieke beveiliging van ons hoofdkantoor en de 7 kritieke assets realiseert en borgt conform het normenkader en de OBW-principes (Opzet, Bestaan, Werking). Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de integrale uitvoering van het project en voor het realiseren van de doelstellingen binnen de afgesproken scope, tijd, budget en kwaliteit. Je vormt de spil tussen de uitvoerende werkstromen (governance, normenkader, techniek/leveranciers en beheer) en de lijnorganisatie (beheer/operatie). Je zorgt voor voortgang én voor beheersing: het project moet snel kunnen leveren, maar wel aantoonbaar en controleerbaar, passend binnen OBW. Je opdracht bestaat uit de volgende onder.
