Neem Contact op Fulltime Noord-Holland Spelen bij Beelen opende deze zomer in Rotterdam-Zuid. Een nieuw familiepark waar kinderen gewoon kind mogen zijn. SuperStaff bouwt en beheert het complete gastvrijheidsteam van het park. Van hosts tot teamleads. Daar zoeken we een Projectmanager Hospitality voor. Het park draait. De processen eromheen zijn nog volop in ontwikkeling. Daar kom jij binnen. Jij zorgt dat planning, werving, onboarding en kwaliteit één geheel worden, zodat de teamleads op de vloer hun werk goed kunnen doen. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Amsterdam, maar je zult ook vaak genoeg op locatie werken in Rotterdam. Jij bent net als de rest, kind aan huis! Wat ga je doen? - Jij bouwt aan het project, niet aan één werkdag - Je vertaalt de afspraken met Spelen bij Beelen naar een planning die klopt - Je denkt mee over hoe we het werk slimmer inrichten: roosters, communicatie, onboarding, kwaliteit - Je zet processen op papier zodat iedereen weet hoe het werkt en wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht - Je bent een vast aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever en bespreekt de voortgang van het project - Je begeleidt vier teamleads die samen ruim zestig hosts aansturen. Jij coacht hen, zij draaien de vloer - Je houdt de bezetting in de gaten en schakelt op tijd als er nieuwe collega's nodig zijn - Je analyseert hoe het loopt, ziet wat beter kan en voert dat samen met het team door - Je zorgt dat contracten, personeelsdossiers en administratie op orde zijn - Je bent regelmatig in het park, want de beste ideeën bedenk je niet achter je bureau. Wie ben jij? - Je denkt in structuur - Je ziet snel waar iets rammelt en je vindt het leuk om dat op te lossen - Je wacht niet af, maar pakt regie. En als de planning verandert, blijf je rustig. Daarnaast: - Heb je één tot drie jaar ervaring in een coördinerende, plannende of projectmatige rol - Heb je ervaring in de wereld van hospitality, horeca, leisure, cultuur of evenemente...
